Michael Badami
As a Producer, Director, and Creative & Strategy Consultant with a focus on organic storytelling and branding content, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.
As a seven-time Emmy winner and co-founder of Eight East Inc. (2007-2023), a full-service media production company catering to clients like Sharp HealthCare, The Sharp HealthCare Foundation, Good Feet, and Alere, Michael is an expert in crafting compelling narratives.
Beyond his accomplishments in media production, Michael boasts sixteen years of experience in the music business. He served as the Senior Vice President at DreamWorks Music Publishing and held the role of Senior Director Of Membership at the American Society Of Composers Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Film, Television, and Radio Production, graduating Cum Laude from San Diego State University.
Nicole Johnson
Co-Producer and Host of Nicole Johnson’s Detour, Nicole is a recognizable figure in car culture. Behind the scenes, Nicole works closely with clients and branding partners to conceptualize and create unique content, strategizing best practices for successful, organic reach.
As a retired professional monster truck driver, Nicole brings unique experiences in public relations from an on-camera and on-air perspective. As a producer, Nicole handles logistics, planning, budgeting and scheduling. As an analytics nerd, Nicole understands the critical, and often overlooked, components of a successful media campaign on YouTube and Instagram platforms.
With a mind geared toward mechanics, Nicole earned a S.T.E.M. degree with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
